Sweet!

additionally anyone who criticizes the police presence during the games especially the first days with the bigger protests does not know Vancouver’s history or has not lived here for long. Any long time resident such as myself will recall the 94 Stanley Cup riot, and drunken rowdies ruining or causing problems at other festivals such as the celebration of light, etc. Although I do not agree with the point of view of the filmmakers all of the time I believe it was fair.

while I do not have any issue with peaceful protests here are my issues with the “protests” around the games.
1.) Blocking the torch relay by the cenotaph. Disregarding the issue on whether war is just/unjust most veterans serve to protect this country. Denying WWii vets the chance to celebrate was shameful on behalf of the protesters.
2.) “Heart Attack” protest – if you really care about an issue why hide your face with a ski mask?

Good news. whatever you do stay far away from a man named Richard/Doug Brinkman. He is no friend of WeAreChange and attacks us frequently.

What better place could the outer planetary find than earth. They come to enslave a whole world to produce electricity for them. We buy electricity to run our toys, but really we produce electric milk for the outer planetary. They don’t want anything else but their electric milk. As long as we produce electricity, nothing else matters to them. Our feelings, opinions, thoughts, beliefs about ourselves or our world means zilch. They know us head to foot, but have no emotional reaction to humans.

We certainly don’t condone hiding behind masks and breaking windows although the TD Bank getting a window broken pales in comparison to the damage by these financial institutions. The spin by The CTV news piece was classic. VANOC should have done something out by the military base in Stanley Park instead they honored nazi loving schwarzenegger. Ask the Veterans how they feel about the son and supporter of a nazi tainting their city.

Dont hate the police and provocateurs …they are you in a brain-washed and programmed state; show them peace, smiles and love and no fear; then maybe just maybe they’ll come around
มีนาคม 11, 2010 - 2:18 am
911 was a military operation. The military is a private banker’s operation. The banker’s operation serve an outer planetary operation who need humans to produce electricity. Electricity from oil, coal, uranium, etc. Electricity is milk to the outer. To pull the plug on the military, you have to pull the plug on private bankers. To pull the plug on bankers you have to plug the big tit operations that feed electricity to the outer planetary. Humans flip on the switch to feed the outer their milk.

Even though they faught for you to be able to do this.

I am all for protesting, as a democratic right, but the cowards that cover your faces and aren’t doing it for any specific cause other then destruction are a waste of life. The police did a great job of restraint, I saw numerous officers get spat on and didn’t retaliate. As someone who’s grandparents and family members faught numerous wars for us to have our rights and freedoms, I was disgusted that they protested at Victory square and didn’t allow the veterans assembled to take part.
มีนาคม 11, 2010 - 3:27 am

Its because we live in serious days where Bread and Games to keep the public asleep is simply not good enough! We have to pay intension because all we love and all freedoms we use to enjoy are at stack if we keep allowing the Govt to get away with all the Lies and killing and wars etc etc!
